Simon Parr claims another trophy.

Simon Parr claimed his second major title of the year after his victory in the Champion of Champions at the weekend.

14 champions from the year had to endure a tough day conditions wise, after Storm Amy hit the course heavily on Saturday.

Simon played a fantastic round to shoot nett 73 and win the competition by 2 shots from Iain Craig, who himself has been in great form lately.

The win for Simon follows his Becher Chase Trophy win earlier in the year and rounds off a fantastic year of major competitions.

The day also held a stableford competition for the players who were ineligible for the event. This was won by Ray Howards who scored a very good 34 points to win comfortably from Colin Morrow (29 points)

Congratulations to Simon and Ray.
