Racecourse tours will be taking place throughout the summer and it could be your chance to see the famous Grand National fences that the likes or Red Rum, Tiger Roll and 2025 winner Nick Rockett have all jumped, up close and personal.
Aswell as the track, you will see famous locations dotted around the racetrack including three time winner Red Rum's grave and life size statue and also over 2000 artefacts that our fantastic historian Jane Clarke will desecribe to you, as well as telling you some fantastic stories from years gone by.
Historian of Aintree Racecourse, Jane Clarke, first attended the Grand National back in 1973 and for years has helped share Aintree's history, from hosting tours to collecting memorabilia and archived items to exhibit on site and even polishing up the Grand National trophies. What Jane doesn’t know about Aintree is not worth knowing!
It is a great event to be part of for both racing and non-racing enthusiasts. It can also be a great family day out which can also be combined with a golf package or a footgolf package.
